Robby Schwartz is a 2016 graduate of Fairfield University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree studying Music and Biology. Having a passion for teaching, he spent a year after graduation as a volunteer in Quito, Ecuador teaching music, english, adult education, and special education at the Centro del Muchacho Trabajador (Working Boys' Center). Robby has been an active composer, arranger, singer, pianist, guitarist, and performer for many years. Specifically during his time at Fairfield University he lead ensembles like the all male acapella group, The Bensonians, the Jazz Ensemble, and his local blues/rock band, The Lionfish. This strong passion for music and performing has lead him to pursue his Master of Music degree in composition at the conservatory at SUNY Purchase. He continues to perform, compose, and teach on an active basis.

Robby is a multi-instrumentalist (piano, keyboards, vocals, bass, guitar, trombone) performing and accompanying in a wide variety of settings- from bar band shows to acoustic performances, lounge music, religious services, and more. Music in New York and the metro area.
Robby composes and arranges for a wide range of ensembles, including a cappella groups (male, female, and mixed), choirs, jazz ensembles, chamber ensembles, rock bands, and solo performers.
Robby teaches private lessons in piano and voice, with plans to include composition and/or songwriting lessons. Robby also directs and teaches show choirs and assists with acting classes.
